This lovely finca is set in the beautiful Soller valley, surrounded by olive groves and at the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains (A UNESCO Heritage Site) between Soller town and the port. Built around a wonderful interior cobblestone courtyard with palms, banana and Kentias with an alfresco dining area for summer evenings, this remains very much the heart of the house.

A large open plan kitchen leads out to beautiful gardens and a large pool with a fully equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area. There is a gym, located at the tennis court, with rowing and cycling machines, free weights and bench. There are several different outside dining areas to choose from, all with stunning views, and of course a very nice interior dining room.

The house has been sensitively decorated in Mallorcan style and is spacious and very comfortable with lots of different sitting areas, an office, a games room with billiard table and a cinema.

There are nine double bedrooms (seven of which are ensuite) and all are air conditioned.  In all there are eleven bathrooms.

There is also a recently renovated old chapel in the courtyard of the Finca with a traditional vaulted ceiling which is perfect for small to medium intimate weddings.

This is a great holiday house with loads to see and do. There are a wealth of activities that can be arranged, from tennis coach to yoga and, of course, guides in this wonderful corner of Mallorca – one of the best walking centres in Europe.

High Season (June, July & August):  €3,625 per night
Mid Season (April, May, Sept & Oct plus Christmas and NY):  €3,000 per night
Low Season (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb & March):  €2,063 per night

Pool suite (1 bedroom/2 guests):  €313 per night

All pricing includes 10% VAT  but small eco tourism tax excluded
